Regional Vice President of Business Development

What you’ll be doing:

The Regional Vice President of Business Development is responsible for leading the enterprise sales cycle and will focus on resolving hospitals and health systems greatest challenges with Lumere’s  full suite of evidence-based solutions. You will partner with Inside Sales, Marketing, and core internal business leaders across Lumere to help drive the sales process after initial contact to close.

Key responsibilities include:​

Director, Partner Relations

What you will be doing:

The Director of Partner Relations is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Lumere’s strategic partnerships through tight coordination with both Lumere and partner stakeholders in sales, marketing, account management, implementation, support, and services.  This individual will engage with each strategic partner to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales plans and activities as well as customer implementation, support, and service activities for customers engaged through strategic partners.

The successful candidate is results-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Manager, Growth Marketing

What you will be doing:

Our Manager, Growth Marketing will use their expertise in designing, deploying, and managing account-based (ABM) demand generation programs to drive acquisition and build the sales pipeline for our business. Data Visualization Engineer

A Data Visualization Engineer is responsible for developing analyses and visualizations within Lumere’s application, while adhering to data visualization and engineering best practices. Lead Data Engineer

What you will be doing:

The Data Engineering Lead is responsible for directing the activities of our multidisciplinary Data Engineering team. The current team includes several backend software engineers, a Database Administrator and one or more Data Scientists. Implementation Specialist

  • Serve as the main point of contact for new Lumere clients, working directly with director-level leaders at hospitals and health systems to understand their priorities and implement Lumere solutions to meet their goals

What you will be doing:

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Serve as the primary resource to staff who have general HR questions
  • Identify areas to improve HR processes and communications; proactively seek out solutions to tactical HR problems
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to arrange candidate travel arrangements and ensure white glove service for all candidates
  • Collaborate with colleagues to oversee new employee experience from offer letter through on-boarding to ensure a seamless embed

  • Assist VP, HR in administering and analyzing employee engagement survey and other feedback mechanisms. Work with stakeholders to create solutions-oriented roadmap that encourages employee participation and ownership (employee committees, engagement initiatives, etc.)
  • Plan annual and on-going employee engagement and recognition events. Work with office manager to plan all employee activities such as recognition happy hours, ice cream socials, etc.

What you will be doing:

As a Client Success Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our internal client success team in driving engagement, satisfaction, and business development within Lumere’s enterprise accounts.
