Director, Sales Effectiveness

What you will be doing:

The Director of Sales Effectiveness will play a key role in driving Lumere’s commercial performance and efficiency. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and partnering cross-functionally, you will create and oversee the blueprint that will enable our commercial functions, and therefore our business, to scale productively and effectively. You will own the design and enforcement of effective policies and procedures on core sales operation functions including forecasting, planning, alignment, targeting, incentive compensation, contracts, pipeline status, data governance, and metrics. As the Director of Sales Effectiveness, you will be responsible for strategy and oversight of onboarding and ongoing training, sales enablement, process design, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Own overall quality and accuracy of the commercial pipeline and forecast, including new customer acquisition, upsell, and renewal of current customers
  • Drive discipline and forecast accuracy across the organization: instill pipeline hygiene, lead regular territory reviews with commercial teams, build pipeline coverage and manage forecast reporting to the company’s Commercial Leaders on overall pipeline progress and risk to projected outcomes
  • Champion and deploy best practices for usage, reporting, and forecasting in Lumere’s CRM system (Salesforce.com) as chair of Lumere’s CRM Optimization Committee.  Work closely with the Salesforce.com system administrator to design and deploy relevant resulting changes to the Salesforce.com system

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales, or financial planning & analytics

Regional Vice President of Business Development

What you’ll be doing:

The Regional Vice President of Business Development is responsible for leading the enterprise sales cycle and will focus on resolving hospitals and health systems greatest challenges with Lumere’s  full suite of evidence-based solutions. You will partner with Inside Sales, Marketing, and core internal business leaders across Lumere to help drive the sales process after initial contact to close. Manager, Customer Marketing

What you will be doing:

The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for building stronger relationships with our customers through various channels, including email, other digital channels, and personal events to build a community of engaged and delighted product and brand champions. Manager, Sales Enablement and Training

What you will be doing:

The Manager of Sales Enablement and Training is responsible for ensuring every team member has the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources to reach our sales goals. Reporting to the Director of Sales Effectiveness, this role requires a cross-functional collaborator who can build and execute a systematic methodology to equip sales and account management personnel to be poised for success in every interaction with customers and prospects. Manager, Product Marketing

What you will be doing:

The Product Marketing Manager will bring Lumere products and services to market and is responsible for communicating the benefits of our solutions through compelling storytelling.  The Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with teams across the organization, specifically Product, Sales, and Marketing to establish product positioning and messaging, build product launch communication strategies, and develop sales enablement content.   • Execute the recruiting lifecycle: Execute Lumere’s recruiting lifecycle to ensure candidates have a positive interview experience from application to their offer. Examples include: timely and consistent candidate outreach, preparing interviewers for in person meetings, educating candidates on what we do, creating job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers, creative sourcing (i.e. where we post jobs, how we market ourselves to candidates), interviewing, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.

 

  • Project Management: Assist the VP of People and Culture in a variety of human resources projects as time permits. Examples include: creating a performance management strategy to ensure Lumere is a place where our employees can do their best work, optimizing our team on-boarding process, and creating educational documents on our benefits program for staff.

 

  • Interview training: Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to develop an on-going training plan for our interview teams. Facilitate training across the organization enabling all team members to actively participate in the recruiting process.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Manager, Data Visualization

At Lumere, the Data Visualization team plays a critical role in defining the next generation of analytical capabilities for our software solutions.
