Applied Data Science Lead

What you will be doing:

As our Applied Data Science Lead, you will manage a team responsible for building and maintaining the  predictive models that power our product and business.  You’ll work directly with Product Managers, Engineers and our Director of Clinical Data to conceptualize and develop new applications of our data that further our evidence-based mission to improve healthcare.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated individual with excellent communication and technical leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering robust and actionable models. He or she will be experienced with a wide variety of data science techniques, tools and platforms, able to articulate the benefits of each and appropriately balance speed of delivery with accuracy and maintainability.

Responsibilities include:

Client Success Associate

What you will be doing:

As a Client Success Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our internal client success team in driving engagement, satisfaction, and business development within Lumere’s enterprise accounts. He/she will develop as an advisor and begin to manage core accounts using data to identify and measure opportunities for Lumere to drive value with our solutions. You will also partner closely with our Implementation team to run training programs for new clients/users and generate up-sell leads for sales.

What you will be doing:

As a Clinical Pharmacist Advisor, you will pair your clinical expertise with evidence to formulate and deliver actionable recommendations for value-based drug use in health systems. Director of Product Management

What you will be doing:

At Lumere, we’re constantly evolving our software solutions to meet the needs of our customers. As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our core products end-to-end.  You will coach, mentor, grow, and direct the product management team while working with key internal stakeholders to uncover customer problems and new market needs. EHR Extraction Engineer

What you will be doing:

As an EHR Extraction Engineer at Lumere, you will lead our efforts to collect healthcare data from our constituent healthcare systems. You will develop and execute a plan to standardize and automate extraction processes from EHR systems in support of our software solutions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT professional who has worked closely with (or within) health system IT departments and is familiar with the unique challenges associated with data extraction from HIPAA covered entities. In this position, you would collaborate with our development and product management teams to standardize the data we need and then work with health system personnel to set up and automate extractions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop standardized data specifications and extraction definitions and procedures

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will spend roughly 75% of their time refining and executing a best-in-class recruiting process, and the other 25% of their time on a variety of critical HR initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Streamlining, scaling, and operating a talent acquisition function that delivers quality hires in the face of high-growth targets.
  • Working in partnership with business leads and hiring managers to define the critical responsibilities and qualifications for each open role so you can draft engaging job descriptions.
  • Identifying relevant and effective sourcing avenues for each role and critical qualifications.

  • Understanding fast-growth startups don’t have a ton of infrastructure in place and knowing what to work on and when, because you have the right priorities identified.
  • Knowing when processes and programs need to be updated for scale/size, cranking them out quickly, and nailing the internal communications without making them sound “corporate”.
  • Partnering with the HR team on talent development initiatives including formalizing impactful onboarding and off-boarding processes, training frameworks, team building events, etc.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years experience playing the starring role of full cycle recruiter

UX/UI Designer

As a UX/UI designer at Lumere, you will serve as an advocate for our users.  You will conduct user research and be responsible for developing the user experience — interactions, tasks, navigation, and flow — that is usable and productive. Tactically this means conducting  testing throughout the product development process (concept, validation, usability, etc.), wireframing, prototyping, creating and maintaining our front end standards, and reinforcing the overall aesthetic of our application. What you will be doing:

Lumere is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute a strategy that supports the company’s growth targets and expands user adoption. He/she will think broadly about branding strategy and customer value levers in order to create, roll out, sell and upsell innovative products and services that deliver value to clients as well as provide the execution ‘know how’. The role will report to the Chief Development Officer.

A successful candidate will be an intelligent, strategic and outcome-oriented marketer who has demonstrated success leading upstream and downstream marketing initiatives in a high growth SaaS company. He/she will also be committed to Lumere’s mission to cultivate a healthcare ecosystem that is evidence-based and data-driven and will be able to communicate Lumere’s compelling value proposition, story and vision effectively to the C-­‐Suite of hospital systems, including a clinical audience, to drive revenue growth and increase the impact of our offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the core marketing and execution strategist for Lumere through an inflection point in growth, setting overall marketing plans and budgets, thinking broadly about customer value levers, and working with the CEO, Chief Development Officer, marketing team and outside vendors to drive increased brand awareness, lead generation and overall growth and expansion of Lumere initiatives
  • Establish and drive brand strategy and integration around Lumere’s value proposition, market opportunity, and the firm’s particular brand of innovation
