Our Company Values

  • Seek the frontier

Whatever your role, we are inspired by those who blaze trails and challenge the status quo. We tackle ambiguity with creativity, embrace risk by prioritizing action, and are comfortable beyond the frontier.

  • Obsess about impact

It’s our responsibility to bring bold innovation that leads to enduring change in healthcare. That means we are eager to tackle the tough questions first and insist on measuring our impact by the actions our clients take. We act only in ways that will earn the trust of those we serve.

  • Do your best work

We seek individuals who care deeply about learning and teaching: those who are high performers and even more self-aware. We crave feedback and are responsible for providing it. We take ownership of our responsibilities but are comfortable asking for help.

  • Welcome respectful debate

We don’t shy away from rigorous debate; we respect each other’s time and seek alternative points of view. Our best ideas have come from active collaboration, are often based on limited information, and can contradict personal experience.

  • Succeed, as one team

We have a single purpose and motivate each other to achieve it. We avoid rigid organizational structures that impede our goals. We are honest about our progress, share success as a team and personally embrace our mistakes.
