What you will be doing:

Lumere is seeking an experienced professional services leader to design, build, and operate a unique services portfolio that addresses care variation and cost reduction for health systems. The VP of Services will be responsible for defining strategic direction, building a book of business, and managing all aspects of new implementations and ongoing projects across our client base.

The ideal candidate will have a history of successfully developing disruptive service offerings, building high-performance teams, strong commercial acumen -including a grasp of managing the P&L of a SaaS services business, and the ability to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. This role will report to the CEO.

VP, Marketing

What you will be doing:

Lumere is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute a strategy that supports the company’s growth targets and expands user adoption. He/she will think broadly about branding strategy and customer value levers in order to create, roll out, sell and upsell innovative products and services that deliver value to clients as well as provide the execution ‘know how’. The role will report to the Chief Development Officer.

A successful candidate will be an intelligent, strategic and outcome-oriented marketer who has demonstrated success leading upstream and downstream marketing initiatives in a high growth SaaS company. Responsibilities:

  • Act as the core marketing and execution strategist for Lumere through an inflection point in growth, setting overall marketing plans and budgets, thinking broadly about customer value levers, and working with the CEO, Chief Development Officer, marketing team and outside vendors to drive increased brand awareness, lead generation and overall growth and expansion of Lumere initiatives
  • Establish and drive brand strategy and integration around Lumere’s value proposition, market opportunity, and the firm’s particular brand of innovation
  • Develop a deep understanding of Lumere’s target market and work with product and client success leadership to help drive positioning and packaging for Lumere’s solutions and services across the hospital enterprise with an eye toward product optimization and expansion
  • Craft and hone key messages for communications taking responsibility for ensuring alignment with key market segments, strategies and road­-mapping initiatives
  • Create and oversee the tactical execution of Lumere’s marketing plan, leveraging internal resources to deliver targeted, effective marketing collateral, proactive lead generation, and sales support initiatives, specifically:
    • Design and manage demand generation programs that drive revenue including marketing-driven campaigns, events, webinars, SEO, SEM, webinars, ad-retargeting, etc.
    • Ensure all marketing events and communications are planned, executed and consistently followed-­up with in a way that drives leads, ensures a return/value on the investment, and result in an effective use of resources
    • Conceptualize and execute creative and differentiated strategies, programs, and tools that support sales and the selling process
    • As appropriate, manage vendors to support creation of programs, materials, PR strategies and implementation, etc. as well as the internal review and approval of resulting deliverables
    • Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and use metrics to drive improvements in all elements of marketing

Qualifications:

What you will be doing:

As a Sales Engineer you will assist the sales team by serving as a technical and strategic resource and leading compelling product demonstrations to prospects and existing customers. Executive Assistant - Sales

What you will be doing:

Back End Engineer

What you will be doing:

As a Back End Engineer, you will directly impact our healthcare system by writing and architecting software that enables hospitals to lead real change in the industry. Our Engineering team is expanding and we are looking for back end engineers with strong development experience in SQL, the Django ORM, query and performance optimization.

EHR Extraction Engineer

What you will be doing:

As an EHR Extraction Engineer at Lumere, you will lead our efforts to collect healthcare data from our constituent healthcare systems. You will develop and execute a plan to standardize and automate extraction processes from EHR systems in support of our software solutions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT professional who has worked closely with (or within) health system IT departments and is familiar with the unique challenges associated with data extraction from HIPAA covered entities. In this position, you would collaborate with our development and product management teams to standardize the data we need and then work with health system personnel to set up and automate extractions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop standardized data specifications and extraction definitions and procedures
  • Work onsite with customers to write queries and troubleshoot data extractions

Clinical Data Lead

What you will be doing:

As the Clinical Data Lead, you will have an instrumental role in meaningfully expanding our product suite. You will help us integrate clinical data sources, analyze the data in novel ways, and incorporate the outputs into our software. You will work closely with both internal solutions teams and external customers (including hospital executives and physician leaders) to develop new products around these data sources. What you will be doing:

What you will be doing:
