Senior Postgres DBA

What you will be doing:

Lumere is looking for a Senior Database Administrator to architect, build, and manage our PostgreSQL database infrastructure. This position will also serve as a coach for our software engineering and analytics teams in effective query and schema design, performance optimization, and all other database related matters.

The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of relational database design, Postgres features and utilities, strong tuning and optimization skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple development and production Postgres environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively monitoring database performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Working cross-functionally with our engineers and analytics professionals to optimize queries, fix performance bottlenecks, improve existing schemas and design new ones
  • Creating and maintaining change control and testing processes, reviewing and approving database modifications

User Training Lead

What you will be doing:

Lumere is seeking a skilled training expert to maximize the impact of the user training approach for our SaaS platform. In addition to leading in person and remote training sessions for clients, the User Training Lead will be responsible for identifying and implementing new ways to scale the delivery of client-facing training using video, e-learning platforms, certification programs, and other approaches.

As Lumere’s first dedicated User Training resource, effective candidates will be highly motivated self starters that can take a discerning eye towards current practices, assess challenges and gaps, and continually evolve towards a scalable results-driven training approach.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for educating others, and a passion for building training curriculums that inspire users to transform health care. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain the client-facing training curriculum for all Lumere products

Director, Sales Effectiveness

What you will be doing:

The Director of Sales Effectiveness will play a key role in driving Lumere’s commercial performance and efficiency. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and partnering cross-functionally, you will create and oversee the blueprint that will enable our commercial functions, and therefore our business, to scale productively and effectively. You will own the design and enforcement of effective policies and procedures on core sales operation functions including forecasting, planning, alignment, targeting, incentive compensation, contracts, pipeline status, data governance, and metrics. What you will be doing:

What you will be doing:
